Each eRegistry includes a free personalized website with features such as Guestbook, Photos, RSVP, Event details. Adding gifts to your eRegistry

Adding any item to your eRegistry gift list is a breeze. Whether you are looking for a Traditional (physical), Cash or an Experience gifts, you have unlimited choices when it comes to finding the right item. Simply go to GIFT IDEAS in the top navigation and browse through the millions of gifts, search all gifts by keywords or narrow results by occasion, merchant or gift type. Once you find an item that you like, select "Add to eRegistry" and you are done! Couldn't find what you've been looking for? Our unique Create your own gift feature allows you to add gifts from any online store or to collect money for any cause.

Traditional Gifts

At eRegistry.com you don't have to limit yourself to gifts from any one store. Your eRegistry allows you to search millions of products from hundreds of your favorite merchants and add them to your gift list with a single click. Simply select Traditional Gifts from the GIFT IDEAS dropdown menu in the top navigation or the “Add Traditional Gift” button on your gift list. When you find in item that you like, click the "Add to eRegistry" button. It's that easy!

Experience Gifts

Adding experience gifts to your gift list works exactly the same way as adding traditional gifts. To browse thousands of unique experiences nationwide, roll over the GIFT IDEAS menu and click on the Experience Gifts link.

Cash Gifts

At eRegistry.com you can register for cash gifts tastefully, securely and free! Whether saving for a honeymoon trip, a down payment on your new house or raising money for your favorite charity, your eRegistry will guide you on how to choose the right cash gift for any occasion. You can personalize your cash gifts by selecting the most appropriate images, writing your own gift comments and selecting the appropriate gift amounts. The popular group gift feature is helpful since it allows for large ticket items to be broken down into smaller units that are easy to purchase. Withdrawing your cash gifts is easy and safe: for security purposes you will need to verify your registration address through a one – time credit card validation. Create your own gift

If you can’t find the item you've been looking for on eRegistry.com, you can add that item by copying/pasting the product's page URL address and entering the gift details in the Create your own gift fields. To add custom cash gifts, simply upload the gift image, enter the unit price, the quantity of units desired and your comments (optional) into the corresponding fields.

When creating your eRegistry or your website you will be prompted to choose a design from a collection of unique templates. You can change the design at a later point by selecting the “Design” icon in the upper right corner of your website management page.

Customizing your website

You don't need to be a computer wizard to create a beautifully personalized website and keep your guests up to date with your plans. Your eRegistry’s easy to use page editor allows you to easily add custom pages, upload pictures, add personal messages for guests, edit event details and much more.

Privacy settings

If you wish to limit access to your eRegistry or your website, you can opt to have your registry password-protected or block it from being visible to search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo). This can be done either when you are creating your eRegistry or in the “Settings” menu after your eRegistry has been created. Please note that you will have to provide your guests with your registry password in order for them to successfully view your gift registry.

Purchasing traditional, experience and cash gifts

Traditional gifts

Traditional (physical) gifts are not purchased at eRegistry.com but rather at the merchant that carries the gift item (for example: a gift found at Macys.com and listed on eRegistry.com will be purchased by the guest at Macys.com). eRegistry.com is merely a facilitator and does not process the transaction on its website. eRegistry.com requests that guests indicate whether they have purchased the gift item, thus tracking the purchase for your gift registry. Guests can use the shipping information that you have provided on your eRegistry to purchase the item at the merchant store.

Cash gifts

Cash gifts and donations are purchased at eRegistry.com. eRegistry.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and Disvcover as payment methods. Cash gifts can be redeem through the member dashboard by selecting the “Withdraw Cash Gifts” button. Once a cash gift is purchased, it becomes available for withdrawal within a short period of time (5 to 7 business days). Once a withdrawal is requested, a gift check for the amount will be processed and delivered to your verified address. A one – time address verification through credit card validation is required for all cash gift withdrawals.
